CGP Personnel is hiring a Debt Collection Executive for a fintech environment in Kuala Lumpur. The role covers contacting customers with overdue payments, making outbound calls, proposing repayment plans, and handling inquiries about balances and schedules.

You will work Monday to Friday 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, with occasional weekend work as needed. Fresh graduates are welcome; SPM holders encouraged to apply; English and Bahasa Malaysia fluent.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

• Prior experience in debt collection, telemarketing or call centre operations will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills with a confident and professional approach.
• Able to handle challenging conversations and work under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Contact customers with overdue payments to discuss outstanding accounts and repayment arrangements.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on overdue accounts and encourage timely repayments.
• Understand customers' financial circumstances and propose suitable repayment plans.
• Handle customer enquiries related to outstanding balances, repayment schedules and payment updates.
• Achieve monthly collection targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekend work may be required based on operational needs.

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: RM2,400

Performance Incentive: Up to RM2,500 per month

Eligible for Overtime (OT) and Callback Allowance
