Job summary

Teleperformance Malaysia Sdn Bhd invites motivated, customer‑oriented individuals to join as Automotive Collection Officers in G Tower, Malaysia. You will contact customers about outstanding payments, follow up on overdue accounts and help arrange payments while delivering a professional experience.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and candidates with collections, customer service, call centre or sales experience have an advantage.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in debt collection, customer service, call centres or sales is advantageous.
Good English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-oriented, resilient and target-driven.
Willing to work rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments and overdue automotive financing accounts.
Remind customers of payment due dates and explain outstanding balances.
Communicate with customers professionally to understand payment concerns and identify suitable payment arrangements.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve payment-related issues effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up activities.
Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure customers meet their agreed payment commitments.
Achieve individual and team collection targets while maintaining service quality.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and applicable guidelines when handling customer accounts.
Provide a positive customer experience through clear communication and professional service.
