Job summary

TP in Malaysia is seeking Automotive Collection Officers to contact customers about outstanding payments, follow up overdue accounts, and assist with payment arrangements while delivering a positive customer experience. Fresh graduates and applicants with collections, customer service, or sales experience are welcome; local Malaysians only.

Work location is G Tower with Monday–Friday shifts and rotational hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM to 11:00 AM–8:00 PM).

Qualifications

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in debt collection, customer service, call centers, or sales is a plus.
Good English communication skills (B2 or above).
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Able to handle customer inquiries professionally and manage challenging conversations.
Customer-oriented, resilient, and target-driven.
Willing to work rotational shifts.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments and overdue automotive financing accounts.
Remind customers of payment due dates and explain outstanding balances.
Communicate with customers to understand payment concerns and identify suitable payment arrangements.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve payment-related issues effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up activities.
Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure customers meet their agreed payment commitments.
Achieve individual and team collection targets while maintaining service quality.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and applicable guidelines when handling customer accounts.
Provide a positive customer experience through clear communication and professional service.
