Job summary

You will contact customers about outstanding payments, follow up on overdue accounts and help arrange payments while delivering a professional experience.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve payment-related issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up activities.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure customers meet their agreed payment commitments.
• Achieve individual and team collection targets while maintaining service quality.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and applicable guidelines when handling customer accounts.

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
