Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Call Centre Executive - Collection in Cheras to manage customer accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, and achieve collection targets.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and those with up to a couple of years of experience. You will make outbound calls, provide courteous service, and collaborate with the team to improve overall collection performance, with shift hours spanning early to late day.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM, Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
• 1–2 years of working experience; fresh graduates with a degree welcome.
• Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and monitor payment schedules.
• Conduct outbound calls to remind customers of payments.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain relationships.
• Understand concerns and provide appropriate payment assistance.
• Handle inquiries and work with the team to improve collection performance.
