Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Credit Collection Executive in Cheras to manage customer accounts, monitor payment schedules and achieve collection targets.

Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree are welcome. 6-month contract with potential for permanent conversion. Basic salary from RM2,600 monthly plus incentives; 5 days a week. Working hours: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM or 9:00 AM–7:00 PM, with overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience.
• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree and no prior working experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in collections, debt recovery, banking or financial services will be an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good interpersonal skills, self-discipline and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willing to work flexible hours and achieve assigned targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and monitor payment schedules to ensure timely payments.
• Conduct outbound calls to remind customers of upcoming and overdue payments.
• Achieve individual daily and monthly collection targets.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Understand customers’ concerns and provide appropriate assistance regarding payment matters.
• Handle customer enquiries and requests effectively.
• Work closely with team members to support overall collection performance.
