Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Collection Executive in Kuala Lumpur to oversee monthly installment collections and maintain customer data in the system. The role requires basic education and good communication skills, with a standard Monday to Friday schedule.

Responsibilities include contacting customers, updating records, and negotiating payment arrangements to ensure timely installments are paid. Basic computer literacy is preferred.

• Minimum a SPM in any field (Must passed BM, English and Mathematics)
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge in computer literate

Responsibilities

• To call customer remind for monthly installment
• To update customers information & details in system
• Advise customers to proceed with necessary action regarding pending payment
• Assist customers for any inquiries related
• Try to negotiate with customers
• Follow up the payment response as promised by the customers
• Ensure monthly instalment been paid as scheduled
