Job summary

PERSOL Malaysia in Johor Bahru is seeking a Talent Consultant to provide top-tier recruitment consultancy, including candidate search, interview coordination, and client relationship management.

You will identify clients, meet hiring needs, negotiate contracts, attract candidates, screen applicants, and build long-term partnerships in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Executive Summary:

Recruitment Consultant is a crucial position for PERSOL as a service provider in HR solutions, especially our recruitment services. The position is required to provide top-tier recruitment consultancy to our clients, including but not limited to candidate search, employer branding, interview coordination, package negotiation etc.

Job Description:

Identify clients and foster positive & long-term relationships.

Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs.

Negotiate on contracts to bring in business opportunities.

Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates.

Search for potential candidates using hiring databases, job portals, and social media.

Evaluate resumes and applications.
