Job summary

Talent Recruit in Selangor is hiring for a Customer Service (Collection) to join their expanding financial services team in Kelana Jaya. The role involves handling inquiries, making cold calls and live chat, and building lasting customer relationships.

You will assist customers with product features, upsell where appropriate, and ensure timely resolution of complaints while meeting monthly sales goals. Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu is required; SPM or equivalent qualification is expected.

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Average commission RM1000-RM2000.

Job Scope:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and live chat.


• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.


• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.


• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.


• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.


• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.


• Follow and achieve team sales goals on a monthly basis.


• Remain knowledgeable on products offered.


• Cross sell products.


• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.


• Manage incoming calls and convert sales leads to customers.


• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.


• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.


• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.


• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.


• Take the extra mile to engage customers.


• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.


• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.


• Monitor customer inquiries on webpage and reach out to provide assistance.


• Remarketing of leads.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate with customer service experience is encouraged to apply.
