Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an Associate Consultant based in Kuala Lumpur to source and interview candidates via job portals and social media, and to coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. You will extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth onboarding in collaboration with HR, in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

The role requires a Diploma/degree in any field, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent organizational and time management abilities.
