SAKU WANG SDN. BHD. is seeking a Collection Executive to manage overdue accounts and perform timely follow-ups in Malaysia. The role involves contacting customers via phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email to collect outstanding balances and arrange repayments in line with company policies.

You will follow up on commitments, strive to meet KPIs, and maintain accurate records in the system while ensuring professional and courteous communication. Immediate start offered with basic + incentives.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned portfolio of overdue customer accounts and conduct timely collection follow-ups.
• Contact customers via phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email regarding overdue payments and outstanding balances.
• Discuss and facilitate suitable repayment arrangements in accordance with company policies and approved procedures.
• Follow up closely on payment commitments and take appropriate action on broken or missed commitments.
• Work towards individual collection targets and KPIs, including recovery performance, customer contact and payment commitments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update all collection activities, payment commitments and follow-up actions in the system.
• Handle customer discussions and negotiations professionally, respectfully and courteously at all times.
• Escalate complex or unresolved accounts to the Team Leader in accordance with approved collection procedures.
