Job summary

Yihai Malaysia Food in Kulai is seeking a Cold Storage Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, handling and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) for room temperature, frozen and chilled products. You will monitor cold room temperatures and coordinate inbound and outbound stock movements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse processes.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the warehouse.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) of room temperature, frozen and chilled products.
• Monitor and maintain the required cold room temperatures and report any abnormalities.
• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound stock movements.

• Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure stock accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
