Job summary

Lucky Frozen seeks a warehouse/storekeeping professional in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, to manage incoming stock including dairy and frozen goods. The role requires at least 1 year of storekeeping experience and familiarity with inventory software; practical ability to handle manual tasks and work in cold storage when needed.

Key duties include ensuring proper storage with temperature control, FIFO stock rotation, and coordination with purchasing and logistics for timely replenishment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in storekeeping or warehouse operation.
• Familiar with inventory software or basic computer skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in cold storage environments when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock (dairy products, frozen goods, etc.).
• Ensure proper storage of all goods according to company standards (including temperature control where applicable).
• Monitor and record stock levels regularly to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Prepare and issue materials/goods based on sales orders or production needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse area.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and rotation of stock (FIFO method).
• Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams for timely stock replenishment.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Support loading/unloading activities as needed.
