Qualifications

• Proven experience in cold storage or warehousing.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards, especially cold chain.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record cold room temperatures to stay within required parameters.
• Receive, inspect and log incoming products into cold storage.
• Organise and arrange products with proper labelling and storage methods.
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory records.
• Prepare and process stock requisitions and dispatch orders.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Identify damaged, expired or spoiled items for removal.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of cold storage facilities.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth product flow.
