• 3–5 years' experience managing a warehouse or distribution centre.
• Experience with dry goods and cold chain storage is an advantage.
• Strong inventory control and stock-transfer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including dry and cold storage.
• Plan warehouse layout, storage locations, and manpower allocation.
• Recruit, train, and retain a reliable warehouse team with SOP onboarding.
• Ensure accuracy of stock receiving and inter-branch transfers with minimal discrepancies.
• Drive stock loss reduction through inventory control and audits.
• Report warehouse performance to Management on a regular basis.
