Job summary

Top Fruits Sdn Bhd is hiring a Warehouse Senior Executive/Assistant Manager in Batu Pahat, Malaysia. You will oversee inbound/outbound activities, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance, while optimizing space and driving continuous improvements.

You will lead a small team, manage WMS usage, and coordinate maintenance and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and communication in English and Bahasa Melayu are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistic or relates field of study.
• Strong knowledge and high competency in COLD CHAIN WAREHOUSE management is a MUST and preferably from Logistics field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2-3 years' leadership experience in similar position, preferably from logistic industry.
• Strong knowledge in Warehouse Management System.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound and outbound activities.
• Optimize space and layout to avoid overflow storage and extra costs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse activities.
• Maintain stock accuracy at all times and ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate maintenance and minimize downtime of facilities, equipment, and systems.
• Ensure compliance with Halal and Malaysia regulations related to warehousing.
• Manage budgeting, expenditures, variances, and corrective actions.
• Recruit, train, and appraise warehouse staff.
