Job summary

Kawan Food Berhad in Malaysia seeks a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the Finished Goods Warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging and dispatching at Pulau Indah, Selangor.

You will coordinate loading/unloading of local and export containers, ensure inventory accuracy with regular cycle counts and FEFO compliance, and plan activities to maximise space and efficiency while maintaining safety and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management or related discipline.
• Proven supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics, preferably FMCG or cold-chain environments.
• Experience in Finished Goods warehouse operations, export/import coordination and delivery coordination.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and inventory control including FEFO and stock reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Finished Goods Warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, staging, loading and dispatching.
• Coordinate and supervise local/export container loading and import container unloading with proper documentation and storage.
• Ensure inventory accuracy via cycle counts and reconciliations; maintain FEFO compliance.
• Plan warehouse activities to maximize space, efficiency and product accessibility.
• Develop and maintain warehouse procedures, work instructions and controls.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Sales and other departments to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Manage third-party warehouse rental activities and service providers.
• Train, supervise and monitor warehouse personnel; ensure safety and food safety compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement in costs, accuracy and efficiency.
• Support audits and resolve warehouse-related complaints and issues.
