Job summary

Jora Malaysia will close on 16th September 2026. Jora Malaysia is seeking a storekeeper/warehouse operator to manage incoming stock, storage, and issue of goods in a timely and accurate manner within our Malaysian facility.

The role requires at least 1 year in storekeeping or warehouse operations, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in cold storage environments. You will collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams, monitor stock levels, and uphold hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in storekeeping or warehouse operation.
• Familiar with inventory software or basic computer skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in cold storage environments when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock (dairy products, frozen goods, etc.).
• Ensure proper storage of all goods according to company standards (including temperature control where applicable).
• Monitor and record stock levels regularly to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Prepare and issue materials/goods based on sales orders or production needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse area.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and rotation of stock (FIFO method).
• Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams for timely stock replenishment.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Support loading/unloading activities as needed.
