Job summary

Google LLC in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a Technical Account Manager for Google Cloud Consulting to guide customers through cloud adoption and transformation. You will lead the delivery of Cloud Consulting engagements, working with executives and cross-functional teams to align business goals with technical solutions.

You will engage with enterprise leadership and dispersed teams to craft strategic roadmaps, manage timelines, and ensure successful outcomes across cloud projects and launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years in a customer-facing role with stakeholders.
• Experience in cloud operations, cloud support, or cloud consulting.
• Experience working across internal business units and enterprises.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud and manage the implementation journey.
• Lead multi-work stream efforts to maintain customer momentum and unblock blockers.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and conduct quarterly business reviews with executives.
• Coordinate events and launches with support, engineers, and SREs for customer success.
• Create best practices from engagements to scale adoption through partners.
