Job summary

Google Cloud Consulting is hiring a Technical Account Manager to guide customers through their cloud journey and ensure successful Google Cloud adoption. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage engagements, and translate business needs into technical solutions for large enterprises.

You will drive strategic roadmaps, lead executive reviews, and partner with support, engineering, and SRE teams to resolve issues and deliver high-impact outcomes across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years in a customer-facing role driving technical implementations.
• Experience supporting cloud operations, cloud support, or cloud consulting.
• Experience across business units internally and at enterprises.
• Experience translating business requirements into tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption of Google Cloud by guiding the implementation journey and timelines.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome blockers and drive feature development.
• Develop relationships to create strategic roadmaps and exec reviews.
• Plan events with support, engineers, and SREs to ensure success and resolve issues.
• Create best practices to scale adoption through partners and engagements.
