Job summary

Beyondsoft is seeking an IT operations & maintenance professional to support Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS). You will handle full-cycle O&M, respond to high-priority faults within one hour after hours, and perform post-fault reviews to prevent recurrence.

You will conduct regular platform analysis, deliver risk-insight reports, and manage upgrades for basic cloud services, gPaaS, and AI DaaS offerings. Daily monitoring, backups, and monthly capacity reviews are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience in IT operation & maintenance, with over 2 years experience working in multinational teams.
• Solid knowledge of cloud computing, network principles, IP network and hybrid cloud architecture; proficient in OS, database and middleware.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication skills and customer service awareness. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle O&M support for Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS) and respond to priority 1/2 faults within 1 hour, including after hours.
• Conduct regular platform operation analysis and quarterly risk inspections; deliver professional reports with rectification suggestions.
• Be responsible for version upgrades of basic cloud services and gPaaS & AI DaaS services, including design, review, implementation, verification and rollback.
• Handle configuration changes, data migration and patch updates; analyze O&M issues, platform risks and resource capacity monthly.
• Perform daily monitoring, routine health check (PMI) and data backup & recovery tests.
• Compile weekly/monthly reports, fault reports, risk records; communicate and coordinate with customers.
• Maintain platform configuration and asset information; respond to customer technical consultations and complete emergency drills.
