Job summary

Hytech is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer (NOC) to ensure reliability and scalability of cloud-based infrastructure. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AWS networking components while driving automation and AIOps from the front line of incident response.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, security and engineering teams to maintain high availability systems, implement IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation, and continuously improve observability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering.
• 2–4 years of cloud operations, network engineering, or infra support experience.
• Strong hands-on AWS networking experience (VPC, Transit Gateway, VPN, Route 53).
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, routing and load balancing.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, CloudWatch).
• Familiarity with Terraform and CloudFormation for IaC.
• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• 24x7 monitoring of systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability.
• Proactively detect, investigate, and resolve incidents using observability tools.
• Analyze system performance and traffic to identify anomalies and improve visibility.
• Design, deploy, and manage AWS networking components (VPC, Transit Gateway, VPN, load balancers).
• Optimize network performance, security, and cost through best practices.
• Develop automation workflows for log management, incident remediation, and routine tasks.
• Promote documentation and knowledge sharing across teams.
