Job summary

SICPA (Thailand) Ltd. is seeking a Digital Operations L2 Cloud Support Engineer for APAC to manage digital solutions and cloud infrastructure from Malaysia's Cyberjaya hub. The role covers deployments, incident response, and knowledge base maintenance across the APAC region.

The ideal candidate will have a IT-related Bachelor's degree, cloud deployment experience, and strong skills in Kafka, SQL, AWS tools, Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting. Fluency in English and Malay is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on Cloud infrastructure and service management.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident response abilities with documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Digital Solutions and underlying Cloud Infrastructure; maintain and deploy upgrades.
• Respond to Incidents and Requests escalated by L1; update tickets.
• Perform technical troubleshooting and resolve incidents or identify bugs.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and drive corrective actions; escalate to L3 when needed.
• Maintain Knowledge Base and contribute to Process Documentation.
