Job summary

Alphv Recruit in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a hands-on Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement and maintain enterprise cloud environments across regional projects. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of cloud infrastructure engineering experience with hands-on implementation.
• Strong cloud-native knowledge with AWS or Azure experience.
• Hands-on Ansible and Linux scripting experience.
• Willingness to travel overseas for extended project assignments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Willingness to learn AI technologies; prior AI experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain cloud infrastructure across enterprise environments.
• Manage infrastructure automation, deployment and production operations.
• Support AI integrations including LLM, RAG and intelligent automation.
• Work directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Reports directly to the Team Lead and coordinates with cross-functional teams.
• Approximately 70% cloud infrastructure and 30% AI-related work.

• Operating across 11 entities in the Asia-Pacific region, serving both traditional enterprise customers and emerging AI infrastructure clients.
• Currently expanding its delivery capabilities and transitioning from traditional IT infrastructure solutions towards next-generation AI infrastructure projects.

Project/Goal:

• Support enterprise cloud infrastructure implementation and AI-driven projects, focusing primarily on cloud engineering, automation and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and maintain cloud infrastructure across enterprise environments.
• Manage infrastructure automation, deployment and production operations.

Skills Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant cloud infrastructure engineering experience, with strong hands‑on implementation capabilities.
• Strong cloud‑native knowledge, with experience in AWS or Azure.
• Hands‑on experience with Ansible and Linux scripting.
• Able to manage technical delivery independently and communicate effectively with customers.
• Willingness to learn AI technologies; prior AI engineering experience is not mandatory.
• Must be willing to travel overseas for extended project assignments.
