Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an experienced professional to lead end-to-end cloud-based AI solution delivery. You will manage customer requirements, build project plans, and ensure successful go-live and ongoing support for AI services.

The role emphasizes deployment, training, and optimization of AI models, with familiarity in LangChain and Dify. Certifications in AI/cloud tech are preferred, and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project delivery within ICT, Cloud, or related tech industry.
• Familiar with AI technologies such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLM, RAG, AI Agents, and related frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Dify).
• Experience in deployment, training, and inference optimization of AI models; cloud industry background is a plus.
• Professional AI or cloud certifications preferred (HCIA/HCIP/HCIE AI).

Job description

Responsible for the end-to-end delivery and technical implementation of cloud-based AI solutions, ensuring successful deployment and project go-live.

Manage requirements of key customers, develop project plans, identify and mitigate project risks, ensure timely delivery, and support the operations of selected cloud environments.

Provide technical support for customers and ensures the proper running of customer AI services at the technical level.

Troubleshoot faults of AI service products in various scenarios, communicate solutions with customers, and track the solution implementation results.

Job Requirement:

Proven experience in project delivery within the ICT, Cloud, or related technology industry.

Familiar with AI technologies such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLM, RAG, AI Agents, and related frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Dify).

Experience in deployment, training, and inference optimization of AI models is an advantage. Background in the cloud industry is an advantage.

Professional certifications in AI or cloud technologies such as HCIA/HCIP/HCIE (AI) or equivalent are preferred.

Strong teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.
