Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. Salary ranges from RM1,700–RM2,500 per month based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SPM/O Level, Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with registration and provide updates on waiting times and assigned consultation rooms.
• Support doctors and nurses during patient examinations and routine medical procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications to patients.
• Support clinical procedures and operate medical equipment with care, ensuring professionalism and safety.
• Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Monitor and manage the inventory of supplies and medications to ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Ensure the clinic area is kept clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure to submit the TPA claim.
