Job summary

Klinik Nur Medicare in Subang Jaya is seeking proactive and disciplined individuals to join our clinic team, focusing on family care, maternal health, and child health services. You will be at the front line managing patient registration, records, and supporting clinical procedures.

The role requires a Diploma or Certificate in Nursing or MA, or at least 1 year in a GP clinic. Excellent communication, computer skills, and punctual shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Nursing, MA, or at least 1 year experience in a GP clinic.
• Friendly with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in computer use and clinic data systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient registration counter, CMS, and medication dispensing with care
• Assist doctors in treatment rooms and support ultrasound procedures with the sonographer
• Explain clinic treatment packages, blood tests, and child immunisation/vaccination programmes to patients
• Manage patient appointments and ensure smooth daily patient flow without delays

You will work at the front line of the clinic, managing patient registration, clinic records, and supporting clinical procedures.

Key responsibilities

Manage patient registration counter, clinic record system (CMS), and medication dispensing with care

Assist doctors in treatment rooms and support ultrasound procedures for patients with the sonographer

Explain clinic treatment packages, blood tests, and child immunisation/vaccination programmes to patients in a friendly and clear manner

Manage patient appointments and ensure smooth daily patient flow without delays

About you

Diploma or Certificate in Nursing, Medical Assistant (MA), or at least 1 year experience in a GP clinic

Friendly, good communication skills with patients, and strong customer service abilities

Proficient in computer use and quick to learn clinic data systems

Willing to work clinic shifts and punctual
