Job summary

MEDANTS TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. in Selangor is seeking a Clinical Educator to translate complex clinical knowledge into practical learning experiences for nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals on a full-time basis.

You will develop training materials, conduct product demonstrations, evaluate competency, and support tender submissions with compliant documentation, contributing to continuous professional development and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

Nursing or clinical qualification recognised by regulatory bodies.
Minimum 2 years' clinical nursing or healthcare experience.
Experience in adult education or training delivery.

Responsibilities

Conduct product training for nurses, doctors, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Provide product demonstrations and hands-on training.
Develop and update training materials, presentations, user guides, and training modules.
Conduct refresher and follow-up training when required.
Evaluate participants' understanding and product competency.
Support company events such as exhibitions and roadshows.
Provide technical support for tender submissions by compliance statements and documentation.
