Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is seeking an Associate Clinical Education Manager APAC in APAC-Malaysia. You will partner with regional teams, KOLs, and stakeholders to lead clinical education initiatives that drive product adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in education program development and 4+ years in training delivery within healthcare settings, with strong English communication and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in life science or business with healthcare experience.
• 4+ years of structuring education programs/courses and delivering training; experience with speakers and project management.
• Dentistry background is a plus and supports clinical education activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement education strategies to onboard and grow customers by building clinical competencies.
• Design and deliver education initiatives aligned with customer journeys and business strategies.
• Support product launches through education programs, events, assets, tools, and materials.
• Leverage technology to enhance clinical education across APAC.
• Provide internal trainings to elevate organizational capabilities and product knowledge.
• Manage execution of additional projects as assigned.
