Job summary

MEDANTS TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. in Selangor is seeking a Clinical Educator to translate complex clinical knowledge into practical learning experiences for nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals on a full-time basis.

You will develop training materials, conduct product demonstrations, evaluate competency, and support tender submissions with compliant documentation, contributing to continuous professional development and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Nursing or clinical qualification recognised by regulatory bodies.
• Minimum 2 years' clinical nursing or healthcare experience.
• Experience in adult education or training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product training for nurses, doctors, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide product demonstrations and hands-on training.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, user guides, and training modules.
• Conduct refresher and follow-up training when required.
• Evaluate participants' understanding and product competency.
• Support company events such as exhibitions and roadshows.
• Provide technical support for tender submissions by compliance statements and documentation.

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Educator to join our team in Selangor on a full-time basis. As a Clinical Educator, you will be responsible for translating complex clinical knowledge into engaging, practical learning experiences that enhance clinical practice and professional development. This role is essential to our mission of fostering a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence within the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

Conduct product training for nurses, doctors, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Provide product demonstrations and hands-on training.

Develop and update training materials, presentations, user guides, and training modules.

Conduct refresher and follow-up training when required.

Evaluate participants' understanding and product competency.

Support company event such as Exhibition, Roadshow, etc

Support all necessary project site meetings when required which related with company products.

Provide technical support for tender submissions by compliance specifications, compliance statements and supporting documentation

What we're looking for

A nursing qualification or relevant clinical healthcare qualification recognised by appropriate regulatory bodies

Minimum of 2 years' clinical nursing or healthcare practice experience

Formal qualifications or demonstrated experience in adult education, training delivery or clinical education facilitation

Strong knowledge of clinical practice, patient care standards and healthcare regulations

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex clinical concepts clearly and accessibly
