Job summary

Responsibilities include handling registrations, scheduling, inquiries, billing assistance, and maintaining records with strict confidentiality.

• Register patients accurately in the system with complete details.
• Schedule, reschedule and manage appointments, including walk-ins.
• Answer calls, WhatsApp, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and reduce waiting time.
• Inform patients of changes, delays, or doctor availability.
• Prepare and manage patient records, forms, and documentation.
• Assist in billing processes and collect payments accurately.
• Verify patient details including insurance/guarantee letters where applicable.
• Coordinate with consultants, clinic staff, labs, radiology, and pharmacy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.
• Comply with hospital policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements; participate in 5S and quality initiatives.

• Verify patient details, including insurance/guarantee letters where applicable.
• Coordinate with consultants, clinic assistants, and other departments (lab, radiology, pharmacy).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.
• Comply with hospital policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in 5S, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
