Job summary

KPJ Kluang Specialist Hospital in Malaysia is seeking a patient-facing clinic administrator to warmly greet all patients, with or without appointments, directly from the lobby and A&E while maintaining strict confidentiality and safety.

You will help ensure smooth clinic flow, record appointments in ENCORMED, handle rescheduling and follow-ups with minimal delays, assist as a chaperon in procedures, verify charges, and contribute to the monthly clinic census.

Job description

• To cordially receive all patients with or without an appointment, directly from the lobby and A&E.
• Strictly maintained the confidentiality and safety of the patient at all times in the hospital.
• Ensure smooth flow of the clinic and apply the best clinic management at all times.
• To ensure all appointments are recorded in ENCORMED.
• Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups while minimizing wait times and scheduling.
• Mobility of the workstation.
• Assist (Chaperon) in any procedure carried out in their clinic.
• To ensure charges are correct and to justify the treatment plan for the patient.
• Monthly Clinic Census.
• May perform work under pressure and other related work, including teamwork, working in harmony with all.
