You will supervise clinic staff, manage schedules, coordinate registration and consultations, and handle basic reporting. Strong communication and regulatory knowledge are essential for quality patient care in a busy setting.

Qualifications

• MBBS degree with medical license (APC) required.
• Malaysian citizenship.
• Operational management and clinic supervision experience preferred.
• Diploma or degree in healthcare/administration is a plus.
• Willingness to manage on-site clinic operations in Kulim.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations at Unik Polyclinic Kulim.
• Supervise clinic staff and manage schedules.
• Coordinate registration, consultation, and follow-up processes.
• Resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitor compliance with policies and ensure proper documentation.
• Support inventory, facilities management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with management on improvements and initiatives.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with patients and team.
