Job summary
DR WEN CLINIC SDN BHD in Malaysia seeks a patient-facing role to greet clients, handle registrations, and coordinate appointments. You will support clinical staff during consultations and assist with medication packaging and dispensation while ensuring a welcoming clinic environment.
The role accommodates a shift-rotation schedule (including weekends/public holidays) and requires fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese, with good English and Malay.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese is a must to communicate with the local Chinese-speaking community.
- Good command of English and Malay is also required.
- Open to SPM/STPM/Diploma holders; fresh graduates or candidates from Retail/F&B backgrounds are encouraged; full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Patient Concierge: Greet patients, manage registrations, and schedule appointments using the clinic system.
- Clinical Support: Assist doctors during consultations and simple procedures, ensuring patient comfort.
- Dispensary Management: Pack and label medications accurately and explain dosage/usage to patients.
- Administrative Care: Maintain patient records, process payments, and keep the clinic tidy and welcoming.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the medical team to ensure smooth operations and positive patient experiences.
