Job summary

Carewell Clinic in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur, seeks a dedicated GP Clinic Assistant to support daily clinic operations and patient care. You will greet patients, manage registrations, schedule appointments, handle payments, and assist with basic clinical tasks under supervision.

The ideal candidate has at least 1–2 years in a healthcare setting, strong communication, and computer literacy. Fluency in English and Malay is preferred, with a commitment to confidentiality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven hospital/clinic experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-facing skills.
• Able to handle multiple administrative tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Registering patients, scheduling appointments, and keeping records.
• Answering calls professionally and managing inquiries.
• Assisting with basic clinical tasks under supervision.
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and data protection.
• Processing payments and clinic billing procedures.
• Restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness.
• Supporting general administrative duties for smooth operations.
• Assisting with care coordination and follow-up communications.
