Klinik Medilove is looking for a Clinic Assistant to join our team in Petaling Jaya. You will support clinic operations by assisting doctors, managing patient interactions, and maintaining clinic standards.

Ideal candidates have a basic computer skillset and are able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Previous clinic experience is an advantage; shift work including weekends/public holidays is part of the roster.

Qualifications

• Minimum basic customer service experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese is a plus.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Register patients and manage appointments
• Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures
• Dispense medications according to the doctor's prescription
• Handle payments, receipts and panel/insurance claims
• Answer phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the clinic
• Monitor medication and clinic stock
• Assist with blood taking, ECG and other clinic procedures when trained
• Provide friendly and professional service to patients

About you

Minimum SPM or equivalent

Previous experience in a clinic, pharmacy or healthcare setting is an advantage

Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia, chinese

Basic computer skills

Friendly, responsible, punctual and willing to learn

Able to work as part of a team

Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays according to roster
