Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients at the reception counter
• Manage patient appointments and maintain accurate medical records
• Assist doctors during consultations and procedures
• Prepare and maintain cleanliness of the clinic, consultation and treatment rooms
• Dispense medications as instructed by the doctor
• Handle patient inquiries and provide basic information courteously
• Monitor and replenish medical and office supplies
• Perform basic clinical tasks
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Handle payments and issue receipts
• Coordinate with labs/pharmacies when necessary
• Other tasks as assigned by the doctor
