About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our dynamic team at Klinik U' in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our General Practitioners in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work alongside experienced medical professionals and contribute to the smooth operation of our clinic.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and registering patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience

Assisting with the preparation of examination rooms, ensuring they are clean, well-stocked and ready for patient visits

Providing administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, handling patient records and maintaining inventory

Answering incoming phone calls and addressing patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

Performing basic clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs, under the guidance of our medical staff

Maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols

Offering excellent customer service and supporting our patients throughout their visit
