Sunway Medical Centre Penang is seeking a patient service assistant to support busy clinic operations. You will adhere to SOPs, protect patient confidentiality, and coordinate diagnostics or admissions when needed.

Responsibilities include handling telephone inquiries with courtesy, responding to patient needs promptly, ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of clinics and waiting areas, and following up on outstanding tasks as required.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma required.
• Open and flexible to work on Saturdays or ad hoc to support operational needs.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
