Klinik Dr. Noor is a healthcare provider based in Kepong, Selangor, dedicated to providing professional medical care with a strong focus on diabetic wound care, chronic wound management and wound recovery. We are currently seeking a Clinic Assistant to join us.
Manage patient registration, appointments, enquiries, and basic administrative processes at the reception counter.
Assist patients throughout their clinic visit and ensure they are guided appropriately to the consultation or treatment area.
Assist doctors and nurses during consultations, treatments, procedures, and other clinical activities as required.
Ensure consultation and treatment rooms are clean, organised, and properly prepared before and after patient consultations.
Assist with basic patient preparation and perform assigned clinical tasks such as recording vital signs, subject to training and scope of responsibility.
Prepare, clean, store, and handle medical equipment appropriately according to clinic procedures.
Assist with organising, checking, and replenishing medications and medical supplies under the supervision of the authorised healthcare professional.
Assist in maintaining accurate patient records, forms, documentation, and other clinic-related information.
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments while ensuring the clinic’s appointment system is updated accurately.
Assist with patient billing, payment collection, receipts, and basic transaction records according to clinic procedures.
Monitor clinic supplies, maintain stock levels, and report shortages, damaged items, or expired supplies to the person in charge.
Follow clinic hygiene, sanitation, infection prevention, and waste disposal procedures to maintain a safe clinical environment.
Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, healthcare, customer service, or administrative environment is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant training will be provided.
Basic understanding of healthcare or clinical procedures is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Friendly, courteous, responsible, and patient-oriented.
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to clinic operational requirements.
