Utama Med Subang SS15 Sdn Bhd seeks an entry-level clinic assistant in Subang Jaya. The role focuses on patient registration, appointment scheduling, and basic medical support within a patient-centered clinic.

Ideal candidates have secondary education or equivalent, strong communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, and a willingness to work full-time. Training is provided and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with registration, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and waiting areas.
• Prepare examination rooms for patient consultations with necessary equipment.
• Provide basic patient care support, including taking vital signs and recording medical history.
• Handle calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them appropriately.
• Manage and maintain patient records with confidentiality and data protection compliance.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking examination rooms.
