Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with registration, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms, waiting areas, and other clinic facilities.
• Prepare examination rooms for patient consultations, ensuring necessary equipment and supplies are readily available.
• Provide basic patient care support, including taking vital signs, recording medical history, and assisting with mobility.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, responding to inquiries and directing them appropriately.
• Manage and maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and restocking examination rooms as needed.
