About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Assistant to join the team at SV CARE Medic SDN.BHD in Cyberjaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our general practice clinic. As a Clinic Assistant, you will be the backbone of our patient care delivery, ensuring that our clinic runs efficiently whilst maintaining the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and organised environment where patients receive exceptional healthcare services.

Key responsibilities

Greet patients upon arrival and maintain a welcoming clinic environment

Manage patient registration and maintain accurate medical records

Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently

Assist with basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry and correspondence

Prepare consultation rooms and ensure all equipment is clean and ready for use

Support clinical staff during patient consultations and procedures as required

Handle patient enquiries and direct them appropriately to medical professionals

Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations

Process patient payments and manage cash or card transactions

Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain clinic hygiene standards

Assist with inventory management and ordering of clinic supplies

Support the clinical team with vital signs monitoring and basic patient care tasks under supervision

What we're looking for
