Job summary

DCAP, an AI-powered fintech in Malaysia, is hiring an After Sales Admin / Client Success Executive to support its growing client base. You will maintain relationships with clients, analyze feedback, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure satisfaction while presenting new products and services.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in sales support or marketing in financial services, with strong English and Malay communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales support or marketing in financial services.
• Proficient in English and Malay communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact with the company.
• Monitor and analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
• Join team head in conducting regular business reviews with clients to ensure client's satisfaction and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with internal teams to identify improvement areas and ensure client needs are met.
• Provide implementation training and keep client partners updated on new products and services.
• Maintain documentation of client relationships, including account plans, client feedback, and other relevant information.
• Enjoy being part of the growth team that is ambitious and agile.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Able to communicate in English and Malay language.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
