Job summary

FundedHere in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Client Success Specialist to onboard new clients and ensure they are proficient with the platform and services.

You will be the primary contact, building trusted relationships, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, driving client retention, and gathering feedback to improve features and service offerings. This role requires strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Proven experience in client relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Language skills in English, Chinese and Malay are a plus.

Job description

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are familiar with the platform and services.


• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout their journey.


• Assist clients in resolving technical or operational issues related to their use of the platform, coordinating with internal teams where needed.


• To hit targets for client retention and identify opportunities for clients to further engage with the Company’s services.


• Collect and communicate client feedback to internal teams to improve platform features, user experience, and service offerings.


• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and prepare periodic reports on client engagement, performance, and satisfaction.


• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales team to align client needs with internal strategies and deliver seamless service.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).


• Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.


• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.


• Knowledge of customer success principles and practices.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Malay is a plus.
