Job summary

FundedHere in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Client Success Specialist to onboard new clients and ensure they are proficient with the platform and services.

You will be the primary contact, building trusted relationships, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, driving client retention, and gathering feedback to improve features and service offerings. This role requires strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Proven experience in client relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Language skills in English, Chinese and Malay are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new clients and ensure platform familiarity.
• Serve as main contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Assist clients in resolving technical or operational issues related to the platform.
• Hit targets for client retention and identify opportunities for engagement.
• Collect and communicate client feedback to internal teams to improve features and service offerings.
• Maintain records of client interactions and prepare periodic reports on engagement and satisfaction.
• Work with Marketing and Sales to align client needs with internal strategies.
