DCAP is hiring a Telemarketing Officer in Kuala Lumpur to promote our AI-powered financing products over the phone. You will conduct outbound calls, present benefits, and cross-sell solutions to prospective and existing customers.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in telemarketing or financial services (fresh graduates welcome).
• Experience in cold calling is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and resilience in a sales role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective and existing customers to promote financing products.
• Develop strong understanding of the product and communicate benefits effectively.
• Provide accurate information about financing products to customers.
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Ensure scripts and disclosures comply with regulatory requirements.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain proper call records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
