Job summary

Maha Asia is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive, Client Solutions to support the growth of its Material Science business in Singapore. Based in Malaysia, you will manage customer accounts, uncover new business opportunities, and collaborate with principals and suppliers to deliver tailored solutions for customers.

The role focuses on coatings, inks, construction, and adhesive raw materials, with exposure to plastic additives and advanced cleaning solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in a chemistry-related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in sales, customer service or technical-commercial roles.
• Experience in B2B account management and business development is preferred.
• Exposure to coatings, inks, construction or adhesive raw materials is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage assigned Singaporean customer accounts through regular engagement and relationship management.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams, principals and suppliers to deliver product solutions and trials.
• Coordinate technical inputs, order follow-up and service delivery for customers.
• Gather market and competitor insights to support account development and growth.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer information.
• Support Regional Managers on opportunities across Southeast Asia.
• Take on additional business projects as assigned.
