Qualifications

• Knowledge of materials manufacturing processes and PVD/CVD preferred.
• Semiconductor industry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and product teams to define CTQ attributes.
• Develop and manage strategic customer relationships; travel for support.
• Contribute to market, product strategy, and roadmap discussions.
• Provide engineering support to resolve design issues.
• Represent the company at customer sites and trade shows; convey requirements internally.
• Interface with quality teams to monitor corrective actions to completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
