Job summary

Asia Recruit is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage and nurture relationships with overseas distributors across international markets. You will handle distributor inquiries, coordinate sales, and assist with A/R collections.

The role requires 1–2 years in Sales/Key Account/Customer Service or Sales Coordination, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Travel and own transport are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned overseas distributors across international markets.
• Handle distributor enquiries, sales coordination, problem-solving and A/R collection.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare monthly reports and analyse sales data.
• Coordinate with Sourcing, Logistics and Marketing teams on orders, shipments, documentation and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and work with distributors to develop marketing campaigns and grow existing accounts.
• Assist with product promotions, exhibitions, conferences and other marketing events.
• Support other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
